Shipping & Returns

Most orders are shipped within 1 working (Monday - Friday) day with Australia Post, although (rarely) some orders may take up to 3 working days to process. This applies to Express Shipping as well so please consider this when placing an order.

We choose to ship using compostable mailer bags and nothing else. This greatly reduces excess packaging that would end up in landfill.When you receive your order, please be careful not to damage the items inside when opening the mailer bag. If you require a tax invoice other than the order confirmation email, please contact us and we'll happily provide one for you.

We are not liable for parcels that get lost in transit or are sent to the wrong place because of an incorrect address. If you want to ensure you receive your package, please choose Registered Post at the checkout.

We ship from Byron Bay, New South Wales, Australia - please allow a few extra days for your parcel to arrive as this is a regional town. Postage times increase during busy periods such as Christmas, please allow for this.

International postage times vary greatly depending on distance and busy periods. We recommend choosing Registered Post at the checkout to ensure you receive your parcel.


Returns

We accept returns on unused items. You have the option for a size swap, store credit or a refund. Please contact us on our online form to confirm and discuss what you would like to do. Please note that all swimwear must have the sanitary sticker in place for a successful return.
