Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know about returns.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on items that are:
- Returned within 14 days of the dispatch date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Free from odours, makeup, or any signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender.
Swimwear
For hygiene reasons, all swimwear must have the sanitary sticker intact and in place to be eligible for a return. Items returned without the sticker cannot be accepted.
Your Options
Once your return is approved, you can choose from the following:
Size Swap
Want a different size? We'll swap it for you. You're responsible for the cost of returning the item to us — once we receive it, we'll send the replacement out to you free of charge.
Store Credit
Prefer to shop again later? We'll issue you a store credit for the full value of your item, valid on any future purchase.
Refund
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the funds to appear once we've processed your return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you're doing a size swap, we'll cover the cost of sending the replacement item back to you.
How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, please get in touch with us first — we'll confirm your return and let you know where to send it.
- Contact us via our online form with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
- Pack your item securely and send it to the address we provide
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your size swap, store credit, or refund
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out for you promptly — return shipping will be covered by us in these cases.
Sale Items
Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for size swaps and store credit only — refunds, size swaps and store credits are not available on sale items.
