Monthly Review Voucher Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

2. Promotional period

The promotion begins at 12:00 am on 14 September 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm on 30 November 2026.

All dates and times are based on the local time in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

The promotion consists of three monthly entry periods:

  • 14–30 September 2026
  • 1–31 October 2026
  • 1–30 November 2026

Entries received after 11:59 pm on the final day of a monthly entry period will be included in the following month’s draw, provided the promotion is still running.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to customers aged 18 years or older who:

  • placed a verified order through atmosea.com.au;
  • had their order delivered to a country available for delivery through the Atmosea checkout at the time of purchase;
  • received an invitation from Atmosea to review their purchase; and
  • submit an eligible review during the promotional period.

Entry is void where prohibited by applicable law.

Employees of Atmosea and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to enter

To enter, an eligible customer must submit an honest written product review through the link provided in an Atmosea review-request email during the promotional period.

A star rating without a written review will not constitute a valid entry.

Reviews may be positive, negative or neutral. The content or rating of a review will not affect the entrant’s chance of winning.

No additional purchase is required beyond the customer’s original verified order.

5. Number of entries

Customers receive one entry for each eligible order for which they submit at least one valid written product review.

Submitting reviews for multiple products from the same order will not create additional entries.

Customers who place multiple verified orders may receive one entry for each eligible order reviewed.

6. Prize draws

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during each monthly entry period.

Each draw will take place on the first business day following the end of the relevant monthly entry period.

The scheduled draw dates are:

  • 1 October 2026 for September entries
  • 2 November 2026 for October entries
  • 1 December 2026 for November entries

Each monthly draw is separate. Entries do not carry over after a monthly winner has been selected.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their verified Atmosea order.

The winner must respond within seven days of the notification email. If the winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted or is found to be ineligible, Atmosea may select another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Prize

Each monthly winner will receive one A$100 Atmosea voucher.

The voucher:

  • is valid for three months from its date of issue;
  • can be redeemed on eligible Atmosea-branded products at atmosea.com.au;
  • cannot be redeemed on collaboration collections, gift cards or products from external brands;
  • is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash; and
  • must be used in accordance with any conditions supplied with the voucher.

Any additional amount above the value of the voucher, including applicable delivery charges, is the winner’s responsibility.

9. Reviews and incentive disclosure

All eligible reviews must reflect the reviewer’s genuine opinion and experience.

Receiving an entry into the prize draw is not conditional on submitting a positive review. Atmosea will not increase or reduce a customer’s chance of winning based on the content or rating of their review.

Eligible reviews may be published on Atmosea’s website and other Atmosea channels in accordance with Atmosea’s review and privacy policies. Reviews collected through this promotion may be visibly labelled as incentivised.

10. General conditions

Atmosea reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entries that are incomplete, duplicated, automated, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise inconsistent with these terms.

If the promotion cannot operate as reasonably intended because of circumstances outside Atmosea’s control, Atmosea may modify, suspend or end the promotion, subject to applicable law.

Atmosea’s decision regarding eligibility and the selection of winners is final, subject to applicable consumer law.

These terms do not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
