FRIDAY TUNES BY BONNITA
It has been a pretty dire week here in NSW, as we have been experiencing some of the worst fires on record. The scary thing is that there are forecasts of this just being the beginning of a long, hot summer. These recent events have been devastating, but has reminded us just how damn powerful mother nature really is.
Time and time again our incredible community comes together in these desperate times of need to be of support for each other. If you are in the Northern Rivers over the next couple of weeks, there are a number of significant fundraising events that you can be involved in.
Friday 22nd of November at The Great Northern Hotel Make it Rain
Friday 29th November at Wild Things Gallery RE-LEAF Bushfire
Both events have had enormous donations from all over which will be raffled off and all proceeds going directly to the charities who are helping right at the forefront of these catastrophic events.
On a lighter note, the playlist we are sharing with you this week is full of moments that feel like a breath of fresh air, and helps fill you with positive, tingly feelings. It has been created by a powerhouse of a woman, Bonnita. Bon is one of those incredible balls of contagious positive energy - whose passions run far and wide. A woman who is unapologetically herself and helps make all of those around her feel like anything is possible. An artist, a mother, a DJ, a healer and an all-round super woman, we sure are glad to have had the chance to connect with Bonnita.
Trust us, turn this one up loud and really feel the music in this playlist. There hasn't been one quite like it yet.
